Dislikes: Never knowing his dad, Sammy bossing him around, having nightmares and getting drunk.

Personality: Brave, daring, strong and quiet.

History: Duke grew up as a stray with his mother. He didn't have any brothers or sisters and he's never met his father. When he was old enough to live on his own the first thing he did was go to Charlies bar and get drunk. Soon after he left the bar, Duke was still drunk and as he was crossing a road he got hit by a car. He woke up in heaven staring up at a pink whippet called Annabelle. When he asked her where he was she said that he was in heaven and showed him his life watch, which had stopped. He just tried to get over the shock by looking around. Duke met a bossy dalmatian called Sammy and a crazy and rather dumb Corgi called Lucky. He soon made friends with them. After a while Annabelle told Duke that his life watch had suddenly started working again and that he could leave heaven. Duke actually liked heaven and had developed a crush on Annabelle. But he knew that he would come back one day and see his new friends again, so he said bye to everyone he'd made friends with and the next thing he knew, he was back home. He went to see his mother and she was overjoyed to see him. He stayed with his mom for a while and then went on his own way again. That time he didn't get hit by any cars. And he lives on with the knowledge that one day he'd see all of his friends in heaven again.
