Personality: Ricky is a very, very, very intelligent dog. He is even smarter than his twin brother Charlie. He is not afraid to get snappy with somebody even if it is over something minute. He is not afraid to let his voice be known even if it means hurting some fealings. Quite frankly he doesn't care what you think about him. Ricky only wants to be himself and if you get in the way of him being himself. Well, too bad for you.

History: Ricky was born on the bayous of New Orleans. He grew up with Charlie and they got along great. They went different routes with how they wanted their lives to be lived. Charlie chose the entrepeneur, while Ricky was content on just squeezing by. Doing the minimal amount of work and living comfortably on the streets. Still going to the casino to visit Charlie and Itchy every now and then. After Charlie died he was miserable he went on a bender and didn't quit drinking. He basically drunk himself to death after his best friend, his brother Charlie passed on. He finally meet up with Charlie in heaven and over time started to moderate the amount of alcohol he would drink. He doesn't drink all too much anymore but will have a drink from time to time. He was able to convince Annabelle to let him follow Charlie to San Francisco and conned his way back to real life. Must've been the Barkin in him.

Related to ADGTH: For one he is Charlie's brother and he is good friends with Itchy as well. He now resides in San Francisco and visits Charlie and Itchy regularly and works at a small little diner elsewhere in San Francisco (Not the Flea Bite.) He can't admit this but he likes the Flea Bite's food better than the diner he works at as a cook.
