history- She was born into the life of a house cat. She was sold to a couple who rarely paid her any attention. Sometimes, the man would return drunk and hit Filly. The women always defended and tried to protect Filly, Filly loved her. The man returned one day from a bat, worse than ever. Instead of turning his attention on Filly, he did so on his wife. Filly didn't know what happened. But the next day, the man wasn't there. She never saw him again either. The women grew quiet, and scared. Something changed in her that night, when her husband never returned. She sometimes seemed to forget Filly was still there. Eventually, Filly learned to hunt for herself, since she couldn't depend on her anymore. After a nice walk, Filly returned to the house. The women was gone. She could smell 2 other people had entere, maybe they took her owner? She didn't care as much as she should have, seeing that the women had almost stopped taking care of her. Instead, she entered into the life of a stray.
It was tricky at first, and tough. Especially finding a place to sleep. She eventually settled for a small shelter, between 3 rocks. They were near a park. She loved the peaceful nights, but during the day she hated the noise of the loud kids. She would leave her rocks and walk around the city. One day, she returned to find a cat sniffing through her little rock den. It was a male, bigger than her. Frightened but annoyed, she confronted him. It turned out to be a house cat. He was more frightened of her, than her to him. She noticed he was scared of her because she looked like a wild stray, not a civil one. Once he left, she grew into the habit of cleaning her den and washing herself.
In the city, she always noticed an elderly women who watch her, whenever she out of her den, the women was always sitting in the park bench. She left by night though, one day, Filly found a small bowl of milk by her rocks. Tentative, she drank it. And loved it. The milk bowl would be gone when she returned from her walk, but refilled in the morning. On an early morning, she walked out to find the old women placing down the bowl. Her first instinct was to run but she didn't. The women looked up, smiled and slowly went to the park bench. 2 more times she caught the women placing the milk down, on the third time. She stretched an old shaking hand, slowing, as if asking Dilly permission to,pet her. She granted the wish. filly only allowed her to pet her, no one else.
She is territorial and likes to be left alone, she hasn't found a mate yet, and she doesn't think she will. But she's fine, she is okay with just herself...and the little old women who leaves her milk.
