I have successfully created a character called delancey you can view him on the characters section!

To delete your account, you can simply go on your profile page, click "Edit my account" and then "Delete my account" c: I've never tried it but that should do.
If you're still not able to render, you can search on the Fan Image galleries here (or also on DeviantArt, but be sure to give ALL the credits) for free linearts that you will simply have to color with your cat's colors. As for the bio, simple check the Must See Characters, you can copy and paste the form from the rules page and then, fill it with your character's information to make it. Once you're done, you can send it on the Characters section and, if it's fine, it can be. If you see that your character has been deactivated, do not get mad or take it personal, it means the character is not completely right and we usually write what's wrong with it, in order to let you know how to fix those little things.
