Many people have diffrent opionins; and i'm going to tell you mine.

Well, some people think Kodi and Dusty are a couple; but I dont think tehre mates, probaly just 'hooked up.'

.... And then some people believe Dusty, Kodi, Aleu, and all of the other pups are related; causins.

They look so much alike, Dusty and Aleu. The both have nose barss, and the same pattern inside of there ears. They have the same colored nose, to. The preety much only diffrences are eye coloring, and brred. Aleu is quarter wolf, and Dusty is a husky.

I think they made Aleu, still had the patterns of her, didnt feel like making a whole new husky, and so they just copied Aleu, made a couple diffrences, threw on a jump ring, named her Dusty, and called it good. Of course, thats jsut what I believe....

So I think Dusty and Kodi, ARE a couple...

...And Ralph and Kirby......

Are jealous!

It's your opinion that Dusty and Kodi are "hooked up". I agree with Raven Heart, Kodi is far more interested in his job to think about love. None of them showed any love interest in each other, not Ralph, Not Dusty, not Kirby, they just do their job and are really good friends. And I wouldn't say Dusty is related to Aleu or Kodi, just because Aleu and Dusty's markings are similar, Universal might have just used a similiar design. That's just my opinion. I don't usually care about this whole love thing, but your article is neat and very well done, just a few spelling errors. Dusty and Kodi do make a good couple though! Great article Tadie! KodiXKirby- is disgusting, they're both boys!

Atomic Uno-That's impossible for her to be 3/4 wolf. She's half Balto and half Jenna. Balto's side it wolf/husky and Jenna's side is husky/husky. Unless Jenna or Balto was a full wolf and the other was a wolfdog, that would be impossible. Kod+Kirby-Yeah, they are both boys. That's just, eww Tadie-Great article, GO DUSTYxKODI! I agree that they aren't related. I mean, just cause two dogs look the same doesn't make them related. It's like saying "OMG Jenna and Steele both have the same markings, they are related" or "That dog and cat are the same colour-THEY ARE RELATED!!!!"

Dusty is with RALPH?! ARE YOU INSANE!! I love the idea of Kodi and Dusty, she's sort of suggested as at least Kodi's closest friend on the sled team. And WHY would you say fat malamute RALPH is with Dusty, who by the way should've been drawn alot prettier.

I agree with AlueIsCute. Only on problem though, in my mind Kodi and Dusty are mates. Don't yell at me saying "Dusty with Ralph, Not Kodi"! You can think what you want to think about them. You aren't going to change my mind!

Oh geez, here we go with the Dusty and Kodi couple thing again. Kodi and Dusty aren't a couple, they're just good friends. They never showed love towards each other, just friendship. Then Dusty and Ralph couldn't be a couple either, even though there was a sign. Kirby didn't show interest towards Dusty but his own job, and Dusty didn't either. Then if Dusty, Aleu, and Kodi were cousins, wouldn't the movie had showed a sign of that. If Dusty was their cousin, Balto would probably have a brother living somewhere, which Universal didn't show either, or we don't know at all. But it is your opinion, and I can't change it. I'm just stating my opinion, don't take it so seriously please because I am not trying to start a flame war either. PS. Kodi and Dusty wouldn't make a good couple anyways, Kodi worries more about his job instead of love.

I never really noticed any resemblence between Dusty and Aleu until someone made a point of it, and even then it strikes me as slim. I don't think Kodi and Dusty are cousins, because they probably would have mentioned that or at least hinted at it somehow. They likely weren't a couple in the movie itself, although there were obvious places where a relationship could start. All things considered, I'd say they were somewhere close to where Balto and Jenna were at the start of the first movie, with maybe just a little more social and a lot less nervous.

Cousins is not spelled with an "A." But I do agree that they copied Aleu's pattern and used it for Dusty. And I agree that they are probably either just friends or possibly a couple. If not, they should be!
