Design and inspiration for her story: Annie was originally going to be Aleu and an named wolf from her pack's daughter, but I couldn't come up with a good storyline. Her colouring is the combination of the two. 

Annie is a character I came up with whilst listening to the song "You belong with me" by Taylor Swift. 

Relation: Annie lives in the same town as Jenna, Dusty and Kodi. She has a secret crush on Kodi. Hates Dusty because Kodi likes her. 

History: Annie was born around the same time as Balto and Jenna's puppies. She grew up with them and was super close with Kodi. Annie was very shy and Kodi was confident. It was an opposite kind of friendship.

Annie and Kodi would often play and race around. Having all types of fun. When they were adopted, turned out that they were now neighbours and could still see each other. 

Over the years, Annie came to realise that she liked Kodi, and in more than a best friend kinda way.  They would take walks together, laugh and share their dreams. They often watched the stars together. 

A young new sled rider and his dogs were new to town in hopes of getting some money out of racing. Only one of his dogs got injured during one of the races. Kodi ended up replacing him and getting to know the new dogs better. This is how they met Dusty. 

Annie got jealous of how close Kodi and Dusty were becoming. Soon, they were mates and Annie couldn't help feeling like Kodi should be with her instead of Dusty. Dusty doesn't understand him like she dose.
