History: Being the brother of a town reject, Ares dealt with quite a few adversities as a puppy, however he never seemed to let them get to him. Steele and other dogs of the town were just as hard on him as there were on Balto, but none of it ever seemed to bother him. His happy outlook on life never changed, despite what was said about his heritage or mother. Though, this often could be debated as he was just a dope. 

Once in to his teen years, he met Tae. It wasn't long before, like all the other dogs of the town, he was following her around like he was tethered. However, this made him once again the town laughing stock. Everyone knew Tae, and everyone was sure she'd never settle down with anyone, and especially some scruffy wolfdog. He was yet again living up to his dopey qualities. He was aware that there were other men in Tae's life though, ones that perhaps would be better mates. He was happy with that, though. He just longed to be near her. 

A few winters passed, and Tae's brother got injured. She began spending a lot more time with him, and found herself abandoned by all the potential mates that she once had. That was, except for Ares.. He helped with what he could, just wanting to be a good friend. It wasn't long until that friendliness worked in his favor. Soon, there were two pups running around Tae's home. 

As he grew older, he spent a lot of time at the general store in town, and often would make weekly trips to go see his lover and children. His dorkyness didn't fade with age, and he still gets himself in to quite a few situations he isn't always sure how to get himself out of. Tae is always there to pull him out, though.
