Personality: Char is confident and flirty, and not afraid to just walk up to somebody and start talking.  She's also rather feisty, which tends to embarass her sister Saffron to a degree.  In general, she tends to get along very well with her siblings, especially her brother Edward.  Her parents are very proud of her, though they hope that she'll settle down a bit.

History: Char has had many admirers, though she has recently acquired one that had proved to be the most admiring of all - Rory [(c) WWM].  Char's sister Saffron was subject to Rory's attentions for a brief period of time, as they ran next to each other on a sled team.  When sensible Saffron rejected him, however, he turned to Char, which humiliated Saffron.  Char is disgusted with Rory, but bides her time, hoping to shove him off on someone else eventually.  She is unaware that Saffron did, in fact, have a tiny crush on Rory.  Char wonders at the fact that her other sister Shenzi can even stand Rory being near her, much less talking to her. 

Other: Char wears a green ribbon as opposed to her her sisters' saffron ribbon and blue bracelet.
