I still give her credit for attempting to make it look like a Collie. Some members would have just left Jenna's ears the same and called it a Collie

Those ears are still better than most of people's so called "Collie" characters.

She only gave her collie style ears and markings. Everything else is Jenna. So, I'm going with what Mighty said.

Ms Julie, maybe you should try and get more of the collie build into her, likewise how I made my Border Collie character a new reference sheet more like a collie. This is Jenna with floppy ears and collie markings. I'm just trying to help you with her, that's all. Change her into more of a collie, and she'll be gorgeous. Overall, nice job on the character though, Ms Julie.

You did a fairly good job turning Jenna's render into a Border Collie C: I could tell right off the bat what breed of dog she was.

Why is this a sparkle dog? Other than the overly red bandana, nothing about the design is sparkleish.

And this character could really use some improvements. Firstly, Border Collies don't look like Jenna. The design is fine, but different dog breeds have different body builds than from one another.

Secondly, the bandana is waaaay to bright. Just tone down the shade.

Lastly, the relation to Balto is quite poor. Just stating she lives in Nome is very weak. I would suggest finding out a way to make the relation much stronger.
