Personality: Frankie is a complete tomboy. She's tough and independent, and, of her siblings, is the leader of the pack. Like her best friend, Cass (c) me), she's stubborn, and is also arrogant. Frankie loves competition an often goes looking for it. She loves to size other dogs up to see if they'll make worthy competitors for her.

She tends to be very lazy and likes to throw her weight around a bit. She tends to have a short attention span and loses interest in things quickly, often having to be reminded to stay focused.

Frankie is very prideful and sarcastic and can be snobbish. She doesn't accept outsiders (strangers) and only talks to her family and those in her little group of friends. She can be a bit over protective of those she cares about; Frankie shows tough love and is awkward when it comes to showing affection.

Likes: Winning fights, fighting, telling others what to do, sleeping, doing nothing, running, spending time with her friends

Dislikes: Being told what to do, being reprimanded, being ignored, water

History: Her mother, Dixie, quickly got over her obsessive crush on Steele after Balto returned, though was secretly heartbroken that that he wasn't all that he said he was. A team of sled dogs came to Nome for a sledding competition and she had a fling with an unknown husky and gave birth to seven pups, Frankie being the second to last before Mojo.

Dixie's owner decided to divide the pups between her and her sister after she came back from boarding school. Frankie stayed with her mother and also saw her other siblings every day. Frankie fought her brothers for the symbolic place of alpha and quickly took the title. Her siblings would follow her orders, some more reluctant than others, but it always stayed that way. She was the first to be adopted and she was taken in by a pair of teenage twins along with her older brother Fargo. At first, it took Frankie a while to get used to having to submit to humans and, with her brother there to "accompany" her it made it that much easier. But Frankie has a secret soft spot for her human.

Frankie doesn't grow up to have an exciting or dramatic life. The only exciting things to happen are fights, which she tends to win. She first meets Jenna and Balto's son, Don and then, through him, she meets a Saint Bernard, husky mix named Cass. Frankie admires Cass's personality and then learns a out her past and comes to respect her as well as becoming her best friend.

Other: Dixie never knew that the husky was part wolf and thus, her children never knew.

And I know that Frankie looks like a guy, but I attempted to make her look like a female while giving her a form that suited her persona. I did thicken her "lashes" at the top of her eyes, but because of her eye markings, it's hard to see.

Relation to Balto: Daughter of Dixie (C) Universal, best friends with Balto's son, has met Jenna and Balto on multiple occasions.
