History: Helena had grown up a farm dog, out in the middle of nowhere, Alaska. As a pup, she was always making trouble, chasing chickens, spooking cattle. If it could be a problem, she made it one. By the time her teenaged years rolled around, her family couldn't handle her as well. In the end, she was adopted out to a family in Nome. 

The change of scenery didn't seem to change her attitude at all. She still caused trouble anywhere that she possibly could. From stealing from the meat locker, to causing trouble with the sled dogs, it seemed the root of all the trouble seemed to be Helena. The town grew to despise her, that was, until she met a certain boy. Edgetho, the town's crown jewel of the sled teams. He was a well-mannered boy, who was work focused, and chock full of good ethics. This didn't deter Helena from wanting him, and within only a few weeks, he was right by her side causing all the trouble in the world. They were madly, and ever in love with one another. As they aged together, Edgetho seemed to calm Helena, while she warmed up that stiff old man.

The two had had about two litters. With the first litter, Garver had been Helena's golden boy. He was her baby, and she made sure everyone in town knew it. She treated her other pups, however, with just as much love. She just tended to baby little Garver more than the others. However, during the second litter's birth, she grew weak, and ended up passing With Edgetho by her side.
