Ivy was once a spirit guide, but after abandoning Aniu, he became a lugia. He is able to use aura as a weapon. He once had a mate named Emeralda, but she died; he tried unsuccessfully to clone her. His scars came from his fight with Aniu. He is the archenemy of Aleu and Shadow, and follows them on their journeys across the world. He is ultimately distroyed by Aleu. 

Ivy is prone to having a short temper,even getting angry at Shadow simply for misunderstanding him. He was not always angry; he even worked miracles for several creatures before. Then when he left Aniu's rule, he started feeling hatred toward Aniu and anyone who followed her. Ever since, he has tried his best to destroy every single creature who acknowledges her.

The only creatures that have shown to be able to defeat him in a one-on-one battle are Balto, Aleu and Shadow. It is probable that Varadan can as well, though he has not met Ivy, so it is unknown if he can or not.

Age: Unknown. It is probable that, since he was once a spirit guide, he is the same age as the rest of the immortals. However, since he became mortal at one point, and based on descriptions by Aleu and Shadow, he is perhaps twelve years old, as of his debut (in The Two Destinies).

Fur: Black, with some permanent scars visible.

Eyes: Red, though they were once green.

Height: Slightly taller than the average wolf.

Special abilities: able to use aura, sometimes able to stand on hind legs.

Breed: Wolf.
