Personality: Kai is rather cocky and flirtatious. He boasts about himself when he's around girl sto make himself look better, but is quickly put down by his partner in crime, Haley. He's more like his father than he likes to realize. He's smooth and has a way with words, laying on the charm to get almost any girl. When the topic of his father comes up, he clams up and gets upset. He tries to deny that Edmond's his father, but he know's he's just lying to himself. He's also a secret momma's boy, which Haley teases him about.

Likes: Flirting with girls, when Haley doesn't mess things up for him, his mother and siblings, especially Haley, pestering his owner's cat

Dislikes: His father and the topic in general, being compared to him, getting into fights with his siblings

History: Kai was born third in his litter. Growing up, he knew there was something missing, but didn't ask. He saw Byron as his father figure and, for a while, didn't question that he was. Soon, he and his siblings were told the truth about their father and Kai grew to hate him. He couldn't understand why he could just leave his mother when she needed him the most. He wanted absolutely nothing to do with Edmond adn that was how he intended to keep it.

He was adopted by a young man that was close friends with Misha's humans and quickly settled into his home just outside of Nome. He'd often come to visit to see his friends and siblings- also to flirt with girls. His brother, Haley, knew that he was still angry with Edmond for what he had done, but he was at a loss for what to do. 

Kai did end up running into his father one day and snapped. He shouted at him until he'd spoken his mind, but was infuriated when Edmond showed no regret or remorse for what he'd done. He would've lashed out at him if it weren't for Byron. His older brother took him away from Edmond and comforted his brother while he cried in secret. Neither brother spoke about it afterward and Kai still hated Edmond for what he'd done, though did everything he could not to think about him. He never met his father again after that and continued on with his life after that, flirting with girls and getting teased by his brother.

Relation to Balto: Grandson to Icarus, son to Apollo, Jenna's brother.
