Personality: Happy-go-lucky, excitable, chipper, and a hopeless romantic. Very enthusiastic about team work and helping others.

History: Born in January, Luka was the smallest boy out of a litter of three. Even being this small, and already been written off as unable to survive the winter, he managed to live to his first summer. During this summer, he found himself meeting up with a young red furred wolfdog named Kodi. The two became inseparable friends from that day on, and even made a pact with one another that they would be sled dogs with one another.

What seemed like a childish dream soon became a reality for the two, as the found themselves on the team for the mail sled. This ordeal caused a turmoil within Luka, knowing that the idea that he would even associate himself with this team would throw his larger brother Garver in to a fit of rage. It didn't seem to matter though, for his friend was happy, and that made him happy. 

The closer to adulthood he got, the less interested he was in the runs, and the more he became interested in settling down in starting a family. Though there were several potential mates, none quite fit his rather picky tastes. All this flirting and dating though ended up getting him in trouble with Kodi. It was a distraction, and he knew it. That didn't make him want to give up his knew found dream, even if it cost him his friend. Once understanding this, Kodi gave him two options. He could quit the team and continue his childish love hunt, or stay on the team and do this 'important' job. Not enjoying his friend's attitude, it wasn't long until Luka had used his skills and abilities to get Kodi completely removed from the team.

Though he was now the lead dog of the mail team, and the most wanted stud in Nome, there was still some silly feeling in him. Maybe guilt. He was never sure, and he never dwelled on it for too long. He made quick friends with Kodi's brother, Zeke. It was slightly surprising to him, to know that his once-was friend's brother could trust him after what he had done. However, something told him that Zeke understood his guilt.

As years passed, he and Zeke's friendship began to solidify. He began to cherish his friendship with Zeke over most romantic relationships. No one came before Zeke in his head. Luka never truly found a mate, but he and Zeke's friendship never waned. It almost grew strong with each passing year, in a strange bromance type of way.
