Name: Naira (meaning large eyes)

Personality: on the outside she is very tough, serious and bitter because of her past. She doesn't really like to joke around and can be a tough nut to crack. Its hard to get her to relax, because she is always on the alert for something to attack her. She has few friends and sometimes you have to leave her alone for a while. She is very brave and would protect her friends with her life. On the inside, she is a loyal friend and has a heart of gold deep down.
Likes:Blue,freedom, running, having her own space, people who understand her
Dislikes:her past, nightmares, being caged up, pain, humans, being mis-understood
How They Met Him: She caught a glimpse of him in the dog ring as he was dragged out after the fight ended. She didn't get a chance to talk to him, right then her owner kicked her into the ring.
How They Feel about him: She likes him and feels something towards him that she has never felt toward anyone else
Somthing special about there relationship?: She likes him not only because of his personality, but because he used to be a fighting dog and understands what she went through.
History: She was taken from her mother and her mom tried to get her back, but she was brutally beaten until she was dead
Naira and her sister were sold into dog-fighting. (yes she was in dog fights like Blue.) She got some scars from her fights and hates seeing her reflection. in one of the fights she was in, a large pitbull teared her up brutally. Her owner yelled at her then tossed her into his pick up and left her by the side of the road. Several hours later, a kind old lady saw her lying almost lifeless. The lady picked her up, took her farm and nursed her back to health. Naira became a little attached to the lady for she had never had kindness in her life.

Other: Has a strong distrust of humans and prefers to live away from them, but still stays with the kind lady.
Is a little embarrassed about her large eyes, thinking that "they look like dinner plates"
