Personality: Nekai is an adventurous young dog. She is more wild than most dogs, often howling and sometimes living in the woods. She can be very wary of new dogs, but she can be very kind. She is extremely connected with her siblings, and will protect them with her life. If she wants to be left alone, you best do that, or she will lash out! She is sometimes thought of as ill tempered, but she is actually just lonely, and doesn't get much sleep, since she always has to be alert. After going on the plane and being brought do any almost entirely different place, she is less curious than before, and extremely wary of sounds in the forest.

History: When she was a pup, she lived in the woods of a forest near the town of Wenatchee, Washington. She and her siblings were close to their parents, but took them for granted. A few months after birth, they were just learning how to hunt when a bear attacked them. Their parents fended it off, but their parents didn't let them hunt with them a while after that. During that period of time, her sister Deneiha, smelt something delicious. They hadn't eaten for days, save a few scraps. So, they followed it, and ended up in the cargo carrier of a plane. As they were tucking into the food, the doors behind them closed, and they survived the long ride to a place called Nome, Alaska. The man driving the airplane was surprised by the stowaways, and chased them away. Instead of staying in the town, they went to the woods, and stayed away from the things that had taken their family away. They hadn't learned how to hunt very well, but Nekai knew how, and hunted her best for them, but it was winter, and food was scarce. She only caught some scrawny squirrels, which didn't help much with the hunger. Then, Deneiha, once again, decided to go after food. She headed into town. Being protective of her, Koda, went with her.They all went, hoping for food. While searching in some garbage, they were confronted by a big, black and white male husky.

"Well, well, well, what do we have here? Some more wolfdogs who don't have a home. Pity" he said. They could tell that he had no sympathy. Koda went in front of us protectively, and tried to ward him off.

"What's wrong with that? We're just some regular dogs with an appetite. You should know, since you're so big" he replied, giving a bit of a witty comment at the end. The male huffed.

"If you must know, I got these traits from my father, Steele, a purebred championship husky who is the number one racer in all of Alaska" he replied proudly. My brother rolled his eyes.

"Y'know you shouldn't go around bragging like that" a voice said jokingly. A male red husky came out of the shadows. He was a bit smaller, and looked a bit like a wolf, but only the slightest touch.

"Oh, Dingo, my dear sweet friend, I was just admiring these beautiful females" he said, giving a fake smile to Dingo. I heard Sikda growl in disgust while Deneiha sighed in happiness.

After Dingo warded off the male he called Artison, he introduced himself, and showed us around. We met his family, and they seemed nice enough. After that, her sisters were adopted to become house dogs and dogs for breeding. My brother was used as a sled-dog, while I stayed wild, and lived in the woods. Dingo and I became close, despite a few bumps in the road. He had a crush on me, I could tell, and I sort of returned the favor. Soon, we became mates and we had a single pup when the others died of cold and sickness. I kept the pup close, which only drew her away from me. She then left on a train, saying that she could do better things in her life. I waited for months, years, for her to come back, but she never did. I got older, and older. Then, when I was eleven years old, Dingo was killed in an avalanche during practice.

I mourned for a long time, then, a few dogs arrived in town. They said that they were looking for me. when I learned that they were my relatives, I went crazy, trying to get information about Dana, and when I found out that she became very successful, I knew that I could die happy now.

She went to heaven in her sleep, a met Dingo once again.
