Personality:   Reyna is very bold, yet reserved. She is stubborn to her own will, but usually will follow what others say as long as it is logically sound. Very calm, and laid back normally, but can become excited when around certain people. She is very passionate and loves her adoptive mother and siblings very dearly. Though she is not related to Aniu by blood, she does adopt some of Aniu’s traits due to being raised by her. She has a lot of wisdom and logic for her age and is a very motherly figure towards others. Animals that are injured or sick receive the best care that Reyna can give, though  she does still hunt them. (She more so feels pity for them when they are hurt, and doesn’t want to kill them when they’re already suffering.) She is very light on her paws and is a very skilled hunter when she needs to be. No matter what, Reyna will always protect her family and her home.

Likes:  Snow, hunting, Aniu, Balto, Iuna, the mountains, and spending time with friends

Dislikes:  Rain, water (she doesn’t mind swimming, but doesn’t like getting wet other than that), arguing, Summer, and avalanches

Markings/Colorings:   Reyna has brown fur with lighter and darker markings around her face, tail, and paws. Her eyes are an auburn color and her nose is nearly black.

Relation to Balto:   Reyna is the adopted daughter of Aniu, and, therefore, is the sister of Balto.

History

Reyna never knew her parents. She was alone in the world with only her shadow to keep her company. Then, in the distance a white wolf came to her. She crooned to her gently that everything would be alright as she picked up Reyna by her scruff and carried her through the snow to her den. Once there Reyna met the female wolf’s children. A brown male puppy was bugging a small white female who was trying to ignore him. After setting Reyna down, both of the pups stopped at the call of their mother and came to meet the strange young wolf. Aniu introduced Reyna to them, and chose to call her Reyna, as Reyna was small enough to not know her name by her parents. Aniu also told her about herself and little Reyna thought nothing of being with strangers. She settled right in as the all slept close together that night…

Reyna grew up as playful and very well-mannered. She frequently would playfight with Balto and would spend time talking and huting with her sister. The three of them got along well and they got into trouble together at times. The fact that Reyna was adopted never troubled her or her siblings, and Aniu never discussed it. They grew up as a happy family without any major problems arising.

Spending time with her mother was something that Reyna loved best. She loved her dearly and would earnestly strive to learn and focus from her mother’s teachings and grew to be very wise and to be highly skilled in hunting. Aniu told her stories of her past and told her not to be discouraged by what other people told her before making sure that the decision that she was making was truly thought over. From the way that she spoke it, Reyna always wondered if she was telling her this from experience.

When Reyna was a little over a year old she had to tell her siblings goodbye. Balto had chosen to live on his own, and Iuna wanted to travel into the mountains to find her own path to her future. With tears brimming in her eyes she wished them luck, but chose to stay with Aniu. She didn’t have any reason to leave the only mother that she had known, and she had no idea where she would go…
