Personality: Ry is a big guy- so he's got a big personality. He's boisterous, loud, and is can be a fun-loving guy. Because of his size, he can be intimidating, but he's really a big teddy bear most of the time. He doesn't care when people stare at him for being too loud because he doesn't care about those people. He loves making jokes and seeing other people laugh. He tries to havee a good time with whatever he's doing. He also embraces the wolf part of him- he doesn't find a problem with it. If anything, he thinks it helps him do his job better.

Rhys can be very bullheaded and stubborn. He doesn't like getting advice from others. He likes to do things his own way- and his way isn't always the best way. He's the one in the group that will always volunteer to lead in projects because he isn't afraid to take charge of things. When things go wrong, he's the one trying to fix the problem. His intentions may be good, but sometimes he can hurt people. When he does, he feels extremely guilty and will do anything to get a friend's forgiveness. He's quite protective of those he loves and will face danger head on without hesitation. He's not the type to back down from a fight, though he usually isn't the one to start them. He knows when to stop joking around and take things seriously. He's very hard working and does everything to the best of his ablility.

History: Rhys was born in Balto and Jenna's second litter of pups. He was the biggest pup in the litter and he was one of the pups that would try to prove himself. He'd wrestle with his brothers to prove that he was strongest, but he'd do this to prove his worth to Balto. He wanted his father to think he could be somebody, but he could tell that Balto favorited his brother, Kyfer. Because of tthis, he resented his father throughout his adolescence and didn't give him the time of day. Despite the bad relationship he has with Balto, he had a good relationship with Kyfer.

As he grew up, it was mushing season and many mushers wanted Rhys on their team. They agreed to pay hefty sums for him, but in the end, he ended up being adopted by a group of lumberjacks that lived on the edge of Nome. He loved life there in the wilderness, surrounded by nature. He guessed it appealed to the wolf side of him.

The lumberjacks trained and used Rhys to pull heay logs into Nome. This helped build Rhys's muscle even more until weight pulling became easy for him. His build and good personality often attracted attention from the ladies, but he only tried to be nice to them, as any good guy would. He would get uncomfortable when they try to flirt with him, though.

Rhys wasn't the only dog that the lumberjacks owned. They also owned a wolfdog named Brody. Brody wasn't exactly a fun-loving canine like Rhys was, but Brody still became Rhys's best friend. They balanced each other out well. They also lived together- they had to get along. Whenever they weren't working, they'd spend their time together, talking or maybe even racing each other through the woods.
