At least two countries will have B3 released today : Spain (Balto : Rescate del Avión Perdido) and Portugal(Nas Asas do Destino). As for Italia, it seems it has been delayed to October 20th on several stores (the release date was planned to be for today). But a good news is that Universal will release a Balto Collection pack in Italia, with the 3 DVDs, on November 24th. So there's a high probability they will do the same in other countries.
