Two new forum sections

Written by steet :

Answering to the calls of many members, I've added two new sections on the forums :
- The Roleplaying section has been divided into two parts : the Balto/TLK specific section, and another section for everything else. In this section, every kind of RPG topic is allowed.

- A "True Story" of Balto section, for talking of everything about the true Balto.

Wow!I love the "True Story" Idea, that sounds great Steet, this site forums are getting better with the new mods to stop fighting, and now the new sections! The forums are the best around! Well done Steet!
