Hi, Simon.
I enjoy your movies ( in my opinion, "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West", "Balto" and "The Prince of Egypt" are your best movies). "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West" is really good sequel (good animation, interesting story and characters). But the original Don Bluth's "An American Tail" was very similar to "Oliver Twist". It's dark, tragic and dramatic story without hope. Your film is optimistic, kind and with the spirit of unique adventure and I like this (for me, the villain from "An American Tail: Fievel Goes West" is much better than the villain from the original film).
So, I want to ask you about the idea of Western style (cowboys, horses and guns). Why did you chose this style? New characters? It's really awesome. What experience did you get, when you and your team created this movie?
