Not that it's any of my business, but I think what Annita was asking
there was how DA would know the consent was given by a parent/guardian
rather than an older sibling or even the individual on whose behalf it
was given (i.e. a kid impersonating their mom or dad). Of course by that same logic they have to assume you're being honest about your age on there. |
