It said when i tried sending a fan art that my picture was too big and i should make it smaller, but how do i do that?

Well it depends on what your using, like for MS Paint, you
go to 'image'--> 'stretch/skew' then shrink the percentage
of the picture. If you using Photoshop (CS2 for example) go
to 'edit'--> 'transform' --> then 'scale' in other drawing
programs, most shrinking is done in 'edit'. Hope this helps

Go to http://www.Iaza.com and to resize an image go to, resize percent and pick the percent number you want. then save it once you re-sized it.
