Sorry i am confused about some of the new rules on here, mostly the fan image rules.
Like, not being able to use things that were rendered from none balto related characters, and the fact that you can nolonger use photo's like landscape p[hoto for background?
What made you guys put those as things you can't do? were people complaining because i haven't herd anyone complain?
and as for using other animation characters and rendering them, ( 101 dalmatians, lady and tramp and so on) and not being able to post them, ut they are your fan characters. i have seen alot of people with new pictures of these and they have not be deativated and have been let through?
so why are only certain peoples renders being deactivated.
I am trying my best not to see this as a bias site, but i am finding to be.....
anyway could some one plz clear up my questions?

Considering it's BALTO Source and not "101 Dalmatians Source" and the fact that renders shouldn't be allowed, period. You should be counting your blessings.
Photos aren't allowed presumably because Google isn't a free source. Most people say "Background (c) Google" when it's copyrighted to the original PHOTOGRAPHER, not Google.
Non-Balto renders are allowed if the fan characters attached to them are active.
