well when he was alive he had black fur in the doccumentry it says the mueseum lights made his jet black fur turn moghagony brown that was its words exactly on the dvd so when he was alive black fur when he died brown fur

yes it is cute but the real balto has jet black fur if you have seen the pic. of him in the mus. he has brown fur right,wrong,it was black,but since due to the light from so many years it turned his fur brown hope this helps.
