Superman was my first guess, but Cyclops would probably have been my second. Nice call though; they have similar personalities too (at least, Balto is a lot like the X-Men Evolution depiction of Cyclops, the one I'm most familiar with).

It was actually inspired by Cyclops from X-Men, just pointing that out. Yeah, I'm not really a big fan of Iron Man either. Spider Man is more my thing (gotta love his nerdy sass). c:

Alpha --> Oh, please, ANYONE but Iron Man. As crime fighters go he has got to be the most overrated one out there. Heck, underneath that suit is someone /I/ could beat up; he's been replaced inside his armor by I don't know how many people and no one knew the difference. Then there's his character issues - don't get me started. Captain America, Spider-Man, even Hawkeye are way beyond him. Besides, Iron Man doesn't have heat vision.
