Fake Balto Movie Poster
Decided to have a shot at making a fake poster for the first Balto movie. The aim was to show the film for what it was: an adventure through a freezing, barren landscape. This is a matter of opinion, but I think the original poster seemed too 'happy' and quite dull (the floating head has been done to death) as opposed to what John Alvin was conjuring up for Disney at the time so I was kinda aiming towards his style too, even if that is kind of a tall thing to follow.
Anyway, pleased with this result and was really fun to do. Would've used a line from the movie for the tagline but it just seemed safer to go with the one from the original poster.
May or may not tackle the sequels, it honestly depends on muse. c:
