'Captain' Orde
This is my newest character, 'Captian' Orde. He's Ewan's mentor and the top police dog in Nome, according to my fanfiction (I have to post it yet, it's not done). I based Orde off of several different people in personality, including his namesake from Bodie and Brock Theone's book serise 'Zion Covenant'.
His looks were tricky to develope, and it took me WEEKS to get it the way I wanted it (So don't anyone dare say they have a character that looks like this, because I am not changing anything!). I wanted people to see right off the bat that Orde was a tough 'captainish' sort of character, and yet can also tell that he is quite kind at heart. Kinda like a sabra cactus; tough and prickly on the outside, and soft on the inside. (It's getting past the sharp outer layer that's the trouble. LOL )
If I could have a voice over for my character I would choose someone like Liam Neeson or the guy that voiced Doc Hudson from Cars. The Doc Hudson voice actually sounds like it would fit better, but I like Neeson's voice as well, (Qui-Gon Jinn and Aslan's voice!) so I can't decided what would fit better.

I'm afraid you'll have to wait on seeing more of Orde soon. I'm taking
a hiatus, so he and all the others will be put in the freezer until I
can come back with some inspiration. |
