Deep in the Woodlands - A picture for the 25th, a special day for me 
. . . Here are Balto, Jenna and their pups on an outing in the forest. Young Kodi playfully takes a mouthful of his father's tail. (Now, the ''tail-grabbing'' feature wasn't very creative of me, since somebody - as I found out rather too late - appears to have used it for a Balto pic already - http://pre13.deviantart.net/2a [...] y__by_diggittydawg-d54fz44.png - oh dear and oh well!).
Making this picture in a way inspired me to start up the Family Portrait contest. It was drawn with colouring pencils and ballpoint pen.

I love the energy in this drawing...there's lots of motion! And the background IS amazing! You're one of the few who generates realistic backgrounds in this community, and that's something to be very proud of.
