July 4th

My half of trade with Mighty . . .

Yes, well . . . I was supposed to draw just Paz and the pups for my half, but after I saw a few pictures of July 4th being celebrated in Nome, one idea led another (I saw, to my delight, a brass band in one photo, so as I play trombone . . .).

(In case you're wondering, Dingo is moody because Saba and his other sibling ''Red-faced Pup'' got hold of the sock he was chewing. :P)

Sorry it took so long, Mighty. I hope you like it :)

Drawn on Krita . . .

No worries. You still captured the process quite nicely. ;)

Thanks for sharing the progress of the drawing! I have always enjoyed getting a behind the scenes look at how drawings and paintings are made.

Mighty, here's the W.I.P. I made of the picture (I'm afraid it does not follow through as much as I'd planned it to, because I forgot to take 'caps of the progress at some point!). :P

O' Cap'n My Cap'n!
This is a really amazing piece! So active and detailed! And I'm glad to see you based it off of actual pictures from historical Nome. Well done, Wind! :icon299:
