This is for Beachboy's Fake Screenshot contest. Its of the deleted scene/concept in Wings of Change where Steele was going to help Balto find Duke.
I would have loved this in the movie, but they would have butchered Steele's design like they did with every other character in the sequels.

I wouldn't have appreciated the design change on Steele, but I've
