This is:

1: Going to be his full body image,

2: Take longer than I thought.

I thought at first,that I was going to be able to finish & submit him as a char by today,but it seems that I'm going to be finish editing his bio by,Monday-Wednsday. Sorry.

I had to change the length of his markings on his legs,cause they seemed to have been to long. I also edited some things of Balto's orignal outline. I'm also going to be using Gimp from now on. Maybe after I become a bit better,I can learn how to change the background of the orignal image. & also how to make shadows on IMAGES. ( I MIGHT be able to learn that on my own,since I'm already learning how too,by drawing images from Avatar & Korra. ^_^)
