So here's Benny with his mother, Jenna.
He could be standing right in front of her but she wouldn't really care. Only when he starts to get friendly with her fresh start does she care.
And yeah, this is out of character for Jenna. But you know what, people can do things out of character, why can't she? Besides, it's not like she had this grand personality in any of the movies.
