From left to right first up row and then down row:
Alize, Javier and Joker
Nemesis, Niska and Jose
Alize - Javier's ex-girlfriend who cheated on him with his now ex-best friend Joker who soon dumped her. She tried to get back with Javi but he moved on but she still doesn't want to let him live his life
Javier - police dog who chased after Casino few years already but he never caught him in actual crime. After Alize cheated on him with his best friend he became obsessed with Casino so much that he actually switch sides but now with Casino
Joker - also police dog and one of those jerk guys with no social limitations. He was with Alize just because it was a challenge for him and nothing more
Nemesis - one of most popular girls in Nome and Nenana partly because she's mix of ChowChow and Huksy and partly because she's way too cocky and flirty girl. She dates Javier and Aaron make awesome trio; she's also bi-curious
Niska - Niju's mother I just adopted from Killjoy. She's Javi's cousin and one time Nemesis flirted with her
Jose - Nemesis's brother, army dog and huge homophobe. He's dissapointed at his little sister and he decided to keep an eye on her boyfriends

While the markings do look pretty, as long as you're asking for
opinions, I'd strongly suggest giving the each a more defined
character build. Right now the only difference I see out of all of
them are Javier's ears being slightly longer than those of the others.
