I don't see why not. You're not profiting from it, nor calling it YOURS. You're just using the picture to create this image. It's not like you're using someone's art.

No, there is no rule against posting the same image twice. Although a complete duplicate would probably end up being reported and deactivated, this is a entirely different matter. By using a different background, and with different images, it would be a entirely different image. The only thing that would be the same is the concept.

I mean like it's okay to post the same image again but a bit modified right?

I would really appreciate that Jersey, but is it legal to post the same image w/ a different backround? If it were, I would be glad to try your recommended pictures.

@Mighty: Yeah, you're probably right, Mighty. I was trying to relate to the film, but the actual Balto and Togo would be much appropriate.

And, while this is a very nice idea, and a good blend, I think that a picture of the old Nome would work better than an aerial shot from the modern day. I do have some if you need help with that. I'd be happy to help.

This is a nice image. However, since all but Balto (even though he was not a stray or part wolf) characters were fictional, I think using pictures of the real Balto and Togo to represent the serum run would have worked better here.
