This is WAR- Balto and Steele collage.

I haven't done a Balto related image in a long while and it started to bug me a lot today. I just like the saying THIS IS WAR for some reason, so I decided to create a collage of Steele and Balto. I does look a little busy, but hey, I like how this one turned out. To be honest, it isn't war between them, but I think the saying fits the image well.
