HISTORY: Delgoto was born as a only child and hated it,he was alone and bored throughout his child hood and never cared about anyone or anything but himself until he reached a certain age and his parents owners shiped him off to detroit,michigan where he was enrolled in the canine unit.He and his new owner were on a investigation one day and delgoto was blind sited by a border collie and he and his owner fail the investgation and the crimanals got away with all the money from the bank. Delgoto has hated border collies and always will,if one challenges him he would always be the wise one and step down,giving the victory to the collie right away...Delgoto works in the police force still hoping to find a mate and have pups one day.
