Curry slunk around town, looking for new objects to gather. When she walked, her head was held up high, proud. Now, whilst she was looking, she had come upon a group of dogs. With the instinct of a small yippy dog, she ran over, and immediately greeted them. "Hello!" She barked simply, tail wagging.

"Thanks, and yes, I would like to stay here"She smiled, going to check out the rooms. Skeeter twitched his nose, he looked around the house and looked at the dogs, which were huge compared to him. Sawyer had found a vacant room she liked, and walked in. In was a bit dusty, but it was great compared to her old trash can. Sawyer let Skeeter down from her back, "What do you think Skeeter?"Sawyer smiled, looking at her rat. Skeeter just twitched his nose and smiled, signaling he liked it.

Zero gave a small sigh as he leaned against a wall. Things happening lately had made him one jumpy dog.

" Letter for a dog named Zero! " a dog tried to yell while carrying the envelope in his mouth, " Letter for a dog named Zero!" He walked by the apartment still calling. "Anybody home?"

Nika smilled at the small yappy dog "Hello there." She learned from the past experiance that she shouldn't cnfront strangers rudely. As Nika waited for her to answer the mail dog asked for Zero "Yes, he is here." She nudged Zero out the door and towards the male.

Zero went up to the mail-dog. "Yeah, I'm Zero." He said, looking curious.

" I have a letter from a guy named Ace, I didn't read it, but it seems like something important, here you go." he handed Zero the letter.

Zero took it and nodded his thanks. He went back inside and opened it to read it.

The letter said: look outside, friend, I am here, and I've brought help.

Zero had to re-read this message a few times. Look outside...? He folded the letter back up and took a glance out the window, looking curious.

Zero gave a grin and wagged his tail. "Of course we can fit ya you old wardog." He laughed, going and opening the door for Ace and his pals.

Zero gave a nod as the dogs filed past him. "Loads of tough guys you brought home huh?"

"Excuse me," said a Golden Retriever, "I'm not a guy."
"Yeah, bomb sniffers and attack dogs, mostly. They're pretty friendly." said Ace
