Greetings and salivations, fellow Talespin fans!

....Okay, so I couldn't help but do that.

Like the topic title says, I am in search of a beta reader for my Talespin fanfic. I just finished part 1 of 3, and I would like someone who is knowledgeable about the series to proofread it. I would prefer if the proofreader had good editing skills as well. I am not a novice to writing at all, so you won't be reading something thrown together by a kid who discovered Talespin last week, I assure you. I am looking for critique and help, not just praise.

At the risk of rambling too much, a summary of Important Things:

-- The story is about the life of an air pirate and explores Don Karnage's past, as well as the relationship he has with his rival, Captain Avast Seymour.

-- The first part is 44 pages long. This is after I attempted to keep it short.

-- I am a working college student, so free time is spare. I managed to write part one in a week, but only because the semester just started. I want to keep going, but will probably need encouragement or this story may go unfinished until June.

-- Since no one knows me here, a little about myself: I'm a Transformers fangirl who grew up watching Darkwing Duck and Talespin. I've been writing for the last 13 years. I've been told I'm bubbly, hardworking, and cooperative. I take my writing seriously while still having fun with it-- My biggest concern is always making my fiction the very best it can be.

If anyone's interested, please let me know. I'm open to questions, comments and the like. It's hard finding people who've heard of Talespin, let alone know enough to be familiar with it. I look forward to getting to know other members here.

I wish I could help you, but I'm not an english native speaker so it's very difficult for me to write or edit fanfics in english.
Still, if no one else wants to do it, I may have a try (at least on the TaleSpin story side!)

Okay, thanks for your offer. So far I have one person who says she'll proofread, maybe two. So editing might be covered, but I'll have to see. Aside from editing, my biggest concern is character accuracy. Luckily my main characters came through clearly (Don Karnage looooves to hear himself talk, geez) but the minor characters might need to be tweaked.

Anyway, if no one's interested, you might get the job, Steet.
