The new Scrat short Cosmic Scrat-tastrophe (which seems like a teaser for the fifth movie) has been released online. While I think the slapstick is really funny, I think the premise seems like the franchise is jumping the shark again. What are your thoughts on it?

Given that the same scene that already included the frozen dinosaur in the first movie (cued the third movie about dinosaurs) already included a frozen flying saucer, they may be trying to do the same thing as the third movie. It is, however, just as possible that it's just another short of the same kind as the one about the time machine, off-topic but bearing to consequence to the "real" movies.
