In the Lion King, more of my favourite characters are lions than hyenas. (though Shenzi is one of my favourite characters too)
But in real life I think I actually prefer hyenas, as animals.

Hyenas.. they get totally overshadowed by those lions..  .. and I'm so sick of fanfictions that have the Hyenas do all the dirty work.. that so and so's character or relative of that character was killed by hyenas.. when as mentioned before that Lions killl Hyenas pups too.. but of course you wouldn't have someone like Mufasa or Simba like that.. Scar maybe.. but never the latter..
