Hello everyone, so I was lucky enough to purchase a property in a fast-growing area of Melbourne, as well as buy it below the average price at the time. Needless to say, I have increased a significant amount of equity and am in the process of potentially releasing most of it for investment purposes.
My question to all of you: why did you decide to reinvest in real estate? Why not share, cryptocurrency, or just sell and have a good capital figure in the bank?

I have always been suspicious of cryptocurrencies too, although all this time, I have been following the most popular ones. I'm not very good at the details, but apparently, a few tweets from Elon Musk are able to turn the entire crypto market upside down. When the bitcoin price dropped, I was glad that I had invested money not in cryptocurrency but in real estate. Maybe I'm too old for all this, but it always seemed to me that material wealth is much more valuable than the electronic version. In any case, there are much fewer scammers in this area than in the crypto market.
