Law and Order: Toon Town
California, modern day.
Business men from companies who make cartoon movies and television shows are sick and tired of the lack of law and order in the toon neighborhoods where their toons live. Their toon actors come into work wrecked, hurt and sometimes drunk and high. They call on help from the FBI who promptly sends over agents, lawyers and cops to deal with the escalating number of gangs, petty crime and murder that’s taken over the toon towns. Some toons are reluctant to cooperate with the police, lashing out violently and exposing themselves to being convicted and put to death. Others seek to help the police, some joining the force, some becoming informants and putting their lives at risk.

Meanwhile, there are several issues happening within the toon cities. For starters two rival gangs of cartoon dogs, one lead by Buster (A retired canine actor from Lady and the Tramp 2) the other by Steele (A retired canine actor from Balto) are escalating their violence towards one another. The murder rate is up with the new and improved and illegal unless being used in a capital murder case Dip. Retired toons are dipping into drugs and will do anything to get their careers back on track or do any odd job just to make a little cash.

Non-Animated humans and animals also align themselves. Some non animated dogs for example might join Buster’s gang and some non-animated humans might even marry a toon or align themselves with a toon gang. Some might even try to make money off of the poor downtrodden toons.
