Mulan Live Action Movie?

Hi everyone.

I recently discovered a movie about Hua Mulan. It's a Chinese film and is also live action. I've heard it is vastly different from the Disney version (since Disney has the tendency to fluff things up). According to this movie Hua Mulan (I'm assuming, since the film is in Mandarin they will be using the Mandarin version of the story) fights for the Northern Wei Dynasty against the Rourans.

I'm just wondering if anyone else has heard of this movie. Apparently it was released in 2009. It wasn't released in the USA though.

I'd be interested in watching it, since I love the story so much.

I never heard of live action, but not so long time ago I was original(non Disney) Mulan animated movie. I also wonder what's that about xD

Hmm... I'm not sure. What was the name of the version you saw? I'd be interested in seeing that too. :mrgreen:

There are lots of movies about this character. They are quite old. I remember that i watched the first one when i was a kid. It's quite old so i barely remember things. I don't think we can fins that movie on any movie app on top1apk. In general, this legend is really famous in China and thanks to the Mulan animated movie, it becomes globally famous now.

A lot of people didn't like the Mulan film, but I thought it was good. A beautiful film, worthy of the original.
