I was surprised that no art for the new comics were posted yet, but here they come!

This looks GEORGEOUS!!! I honestly didn't expect a result like that. (I still remember the old comics and they definitely were not on the same level) It looks even much better than Darkwing (which was already at a great quality level!)
I guess the cover art is representative of the book inside artworks, because the same artist is doing them.
I'll DEFINITELY be getting them, and I'm now looking for a Talespin comics like MAD!!! (as if I could await them even more

)
Also, from the interview with Ian Brill (writer of both comics) :
Quote:
Nrama: So we've got a Darkwing Duck ongoing, now a Rescue Rangers ongoing, and Duck Tales stories in the Uncle Scrooge book. Not to get too speculative about it, but what other Disney animated properties do you think could work as a comic in the current day? TaleSpin sure seems like a natural next step.
Brill: There are lots of great shows and stories from the Disney Afternoon, all the stuff I listed above in my first answer. BOOM! is certainly paying attention to how these books do and considering what options to take. Darkwing Duck did well and now we have Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers. If this book does well ... who knows!
EDIT : But I'm disappointed again...

CA: Should we be expect any more comics based on the Disney Afternoon from you or Boom!? (Please say TaleSpin, please say TaleSpin...)
IB: It's rare that we hear "TaleSpin." Most of the feedback about wanting more Disney Afternoon shows ask us about "Gummi Bears." All I can is that since "Darkwing Duck" did well we got "Chip 'n Dale Rescue Rangers." If this book does well there are certainly many great options for Boom! to consider.
What? That's strange...I haven't seen anyone asking for a Gummi Bears at least on the web : not on Boom forums, not on Twitter, not on comic book articles, not on any forums...And clearly the opposite for Talespin! (including these two interviewers!!!)
I know it's very famous too, but I'm surprised by Ian Brill's reaction
So, Gummi Bears, then Gargoyles...then there will be no more room for another DA monthly comic book.
I think I have to make up my mind and admit that, yes, Talespin will never get any kind of revival, or not before years

No matter how much I want something to happen, it just NEVER does. If only that was the first time...but it's every time. I think I'm the one being cursed.
EDIT 2 : Ok this time, they're DEFINITELY driving me crazy. I asked Ian Brill about that and he answered "I may have been having a little fun there

". AAARRRGHHHH!!!
