Now that I have finished the mini-comic I wanted to do 6 months ago, and considering almost everyone who was active aren't anymore, I have to bring up the question : what should we do with this project?
First I think we should state who still wants to help and who can't. Aku and 0x7B, the two members who wanted to push this project forward, are unfortunately both unable to do anything due to real life trouble.
Here are the possibilities I see :
- Turning the "2nd episode" (see the script) into a full comic. Two possibilites for that :
* I try drawing and coloring every page like the mini-comic. => LOT of work, that doesn't sound very realistic. At best I could do one page a month, that would take ages to do a full comic...
* I draw the pages but "quickly done" (which means I would not spend as much time as the mini-comic, the backgrounds wouldn't be as detailed, the characters not really on-model BUT I would get many more pages done in less time) And someone else could do the coloring and the basic sketches / comic layout. Still, that's definitely a lot of work.
- Go back to writing fanfics, maybe including some fanarts in it. The most realistic, less awesome of course. But, well, at least there would be a definite result!
In any case, I'd like to take a rest from drawing for now, as I have a lot to catch up on the site(s) and real life; but I will surely help more soon. I will probably do some fanarts till then so as to improve my drawing style of the characters.
But, I would love to hear your opinion : what do you think we should do next?
