And here is sketches for page 4! (last page of my mini-story)

(I don't have to mention it, but these are sketches - I'll improve them later)

Which is great, because that means I'm now able to go back to page 1 and start improving / inking / coloring it!

So, if you have any comments on how to improve the story / dialogues / sketches / settings etc...DO IT NOW!!! Because once I'll get started, it will be much more difficult to change anything.

for the story, you could put in a short non-cannon bridge of the story where Rebecca Cunningham became about as fat as Baloo and discovers the pros and cons of Baloo's life

So, as far as I understand, those Aku's sketches aren't ready for inking yet?

Goddess => I think not, but you'll have to ask Aku for more details. I think he's planning to do the whole first part (probably around 20 pages) before starting to ink, but I think it would be better if we could crank out some pages so that we don't make all the fans waiting, and so that you and/or bambamXD could maybe ink/color them.

But the good news is, I've finally finished my first page of my mini-comic! You've probably all seen it on the site already, but here it is :

A long way from the first sketches for that page, don't you think?

Thank you! I use Photoshop. It took a long time to master it (~3 months), I never used it before (I used Paint Shop Pro, which is totally different, so I had to re-learn everything)

I think the lettering helps a lot. I found a free front on the web that looks a lot like the ones used in pro comics (just for reference, it is : RedStateBlueState BB)

Good news, I have almost finished drawing page 2!

(Don't worry about the layers mixed and the bubbles misplaces, I'll correct that)

I could use some help though : if there's anything that feels wrong to you, TELL ME NOW because I'll start the coloring tomorrow!
Also, I will rework the dialogues here, so if you have suggestions... For example, after second thought, I'm not too keen on the "superspeed" idea, though I still need something to explain why Baloo & Kit aren't able to outmatch the pirates. Maybe just say that they improved their engines...(I won't make big explanations, it's only 4 pages)
