Animation Source Forums

I've noticed on many fan sites and on YouTube that there's a remarkable amount of fans who'd like to discuss TLK official canon and the book universe without character religion holding it down, so I've created this forum. This is a discussion forum where we seperate official canon from fanfiction, while also have fun with fanfiction. Religious attitude over the characters is not supported.

Please don’t get this wrong: sharing and discussing your fan views and your personal canon is warmly welcome and encouraged on the forum, but the point is you should be able to accept that they’re just that and not official, and be able to make it clear when you share them, in order to avoid confusion and provoke colourful discussion. Remembering this, feel free to discuss everything The Lion King and share your love of it with fellow fans, in the form of discussion, fanfiction and fan art! =)

This site was silent for a couple of years but I am now trying to blow some life back into it. I have also added a new forum for the upcoming cgi remake of the first movie. Join if this sounds like a community you would enjoy being a part of and help in bringing it to life again!
