I'm gonna be original as well and say Charlie!  Since he's the main character to the series, I learn more about him then we do with the other characters and I have a stronger "attachment" (so to say) to him. Plus I really like his personality. Funny, intelligent, quick thinking, and tries to do the right thing while also being arrogant and selfish. (Multiple personalities rule! XD ) Since you're asking us to elaborate on why our favorite characters are our favorites, it's only fair that you should do the same as well.

Well i like charlie because he is a lovable person (dog). In the begging he is just a lone shark jerk (and i like that but near the end he relize that he has to do the right thing and not be selfish. so thats why i like Charlie

Nice choice,but in my mind i like carface better,idk he seems more menicing and scary but your opinuin is good

I'd have to say Charlie. Probably because he showed that people are able to change from being the selfish person he was and turning in to a person who cared about this little girl. He also showed that some people deserve second chances.
