Everything is in the topic title! :P
I'll be honest, it's been quite a while since I've actually watched the show, so...I decided to watch Plunder and Lightning today. And it reminded me how much I love the show!

What about you? What was the last episode you watched?

I don't really know what the last episode was that I watched, but I toss my self-made DVDs in every once in a while. I should really give them labels and box inlays, makes picking episodes easier. One advantage of living in Germany: Classic Disney Afternoon shows keep being re-aired on free, not-necessarily-cable TV every couple of years, and that was where I recorded TaleSpin in its entirety (sans Vowel Play which was never translated to German) in 2005. It's currently aired on Kabel 1 by the way, but I don't even have to wait until Sunday and try to catch the episode, what with a very irregular airing schedule (which already ruined my attempts at recording Darkwing Duck).

I watched "Molly Coddled" today.

Covington is definitely a very well-made "bad guy", a charming one who wants to date Rebecca only to get his "doll" back (and ultimately, to get money of course)
"I hope someone somewhere is enjoying all this!"

It's also one of the best Molly episode : in here she's not depicted just as a cute little girl but also a strong one who can be courageous but also afraid at times. Again one of the things I like about TaleSpin is the fact that every character can act very differently of what they're *supposed* to, if the situation require it. Some people may call that inconstitensies, but I see this as a very strong point instead. (especially when such changes occur in one same episode)

A shame that the animation isn't very good in this episode, and we have no explanation on why an egyptian-looking key/statue can open a door to a cave and where the magical part comes from. I understand that wasn't exactly the focus of that episode though.

last week I have seen the episodes "Save the Tiger", "In Search of Ancient Blunders" and "The Ransom of Red Chimp". Yesterday I watched the episode "Plunder & Lighting" and "A Baloo Switcheroo". I serously love these episodes (usually I see the episodes where Don Karnage and Shere Khan appear xD).
